3. Pro Subscription & Refunds

Pro subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for subscriptions. If you are unsatisfied, contact support within 7 days of your initial purchase for a full refund. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

4. Data Privacy & Security

We do not claim ownership of any files, images, or texts you upload for processing. Files uploaded for conversion or OCR are processed securely and automatically deleted from our servers shortly after processing. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
